4 Hot Topics on our Radar for KronosWorks 2015

KronosWorks, the annual Kronos customer conference featuring nearly three days of training, a partner expo and more than 120 educational sessions, is less than two months away, taking place November 15-18 at the Aria Resort Las Vegas! We’re looking forward to connecting with Kronos customers in all industries on all things Kronos. What will be the hot topics of conversation?

1. Workforce Central 8

Workforce Central 8 officially launched earlier this year, and we expect a large part of KronosWorks to be focused on the new platform. Many Kronos customers may have questions such as when they should upgrade, what the big benefits of upgrading are and what’s new on the platform, and most importantly, is this the right investment for their company? We’ll have our trained Workforce Central 8 experts on site to answer any questions you may have. And of course, you can always contact us now if you have an immediate need – we’re already working on a handful of projects in both the Manufacturing and Healthcare industries.

2. Migrating to the Cloud

You’ve likely seen many Kronos Workforce Central users migrating to the Cloud. You probably know why Kronos clients find this option attractive – enhanced system maintenance, improved cost efficiency and automated upgrades, but what are the other benefits? Is there any reason you shouldn’t make the move? We’ve seen the focus on the Cloud and its customer base grow every year at KronosWorks, and expect it to be an even bigger focus this year.

3. Workforce Ready 

Workforce Ready has now been around for more than a year. We are still blown away by the platform, and know it will continue to be a hot topic this year at KronosWorks. Our SMB clients have seen a lot of value in the overall simplicity, cost and rapid implementation process of the product, so we look forward to hearing more on-site about users’ experiences.

4. Kronos Pain Points

Kronos is a fantastic product – the leader in the industry. But like any software it can have its pain points and some learning curves if you aren’t familiar with the system or are rolling out a complicated project. We will have a team of eight Kronos experts at KronosWorks who have a combined 70+ years of experience to help answer any questions you have. Our goal is to share our knowledge with our customers to help them become self-sufficient, so we are looking forward to a lot of great conversations.
