Here at The WFC Group we have some big news – we just opened an office in San Francisco! We are so excited to have a presence in this innovation hub just minutes from Silicon Valley, the tech capital of the world. Our headquarters will remain in Chicago, but our new office in San Francisco represents our expansion and growth, and will bring new opportunities for hiring and co-working on the west coast.
This move also reflects our overall workplace culture. Did you know that our entire workforce is remote? Our management staff, implementation consultants, project managers, and sales team all work from home or from one of our satellite office locations. We currently have employees in 14 states all over the country – from California to New York to Florida – and lots of places in between.
From the beginning we’ve valued work-life balance and have offered our employees great flexibility. We know that work isn’t everything – and when employees can shape their work lives around their personal lives, they are happier and so are we.
